POLICIES

To reserve your appointment, all new color clients are required to submit a $50 non-refundable retainer at the time of booking. This retainer secures your reserved appointment time and is not applied toward your final service total.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Changes made outside of this timeframe will result in a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service total.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best experience possible. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or have services adjusted based on the remaining appointment time.

No-shows will result in forfeiture of any retainer paid and future appointments will not be accepted.

Full blonding/color services include up to 2 bowls of lightener. Partial blonding/color services include up to 1 bowl of lightener. Additional lightener required beyond the included amount will be charged at $12 per bowl.

To ensure adequate timing for detailed color appointments, services extending beyond 3 hours will incur an additional charge of $20 per hour after the initial 3-hour appointment window.

To maintain a seamless booking experience, a card on file may be required at my discretion.
